I agree. Entirely too much with the bacon and not nearly enough with the shellfish. Clam martinis for everyone!
As much as I like bacon (a little too much, no doubt), I have become increasing skeptical of each new smoked pork belly concoction. And if this one didn’t turn you off completely, the bacon cheese baconburger surely would.
