What’s the trendy new drink that’s packing them into the bars in Greenwich Village?

The Bacon-Maple Old Fashioned, made with bacon-infused bourbon and Grade B maple syrup.

I think we’ve gone far enough now. Please, make it stop.

    I agree. Entirely too much with the bacon and not nearly enough with the shellfish. Clam martinis for everyone!

    As much as I like bacon (a little too much, no doubt), I have become increasing skeptical of each new smoked pork belly concoction. And if this one didn’t turn you off completely, the bacon cheese baconburger surely would.
