Mitt huvud trillar av och det är fullt av godis.*

*My head falls off and it is full of candy

How often has this happened to you? You’re at a party and a cute Swedish girl approaches you. You’d love to tell her all about the delicious candy treats inside your giant festive papier-mache head, but you don’t know any Swedish. If you’re at all like me, it happens ALL THE TIME!

So this website of handy phrases in foreign languages comes in very handy indeed!

Whether you need to tell an Irishman that you had a little too much at the pub last night, compliment a lovely Hawaiian wahine about her stylish hat (Ha’aheo no paha ‘oe i kena papale kupalaka, pehea la.), or warn a waiter in an Indian restaurant that a cat has gotten into his establishment (आपके मेज़ के नीचे बिल्ली है।), this site is for you!

You’ll thank me later. In Spanish.

I’m sure it happens all the time if you’re Bob the Human Pinata. That was yours, wasn’t it?

Darn! I tried to guess what that said before reading the post on my mobile device. “My hovercraft is full of eels” isn’t quite close enough to get credit, though.

Man, that’s a dangerous thing to wear on your head. He’s asking for a skull fracture. Although, thanks: this reminds me that I wanted to write a story about an invasion of aliens that look like pinatas landing in Mexico on 5 May.
